Ingredients

  • 10 Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 400-500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Medium onion
  • Salt to taste Seasoned salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbs Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika (Optional)
  • Chives for garnishing (Optional)

Instructions

  • Cool the hard boiled eggs. Grate mushrooms on a coarse greater.Saute chopped onion and mushrooms in olive oil. Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Crush the yolks with a fork, add mushroom stuffing, season with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly. Stuff each egg and sprinkle with paprika and/or chives. Refrigerate.
