A hollowed baguette obviously makes a perfect shell for any filling you are in the mood for. And once stuffed and properly chilled, it becomes a wonderful appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette
  • 250 g Polish Ham
  • 250 g Hard Salami
  • 250 g Cream Cheese
  • 3 Pickled Cucumbers
  • 3 pieces Red Peppers

Instructions

  • Cut the baguette lengthwise. spread it out and remove some pulp from the inside. Spread some cream cheese on the inside of the bread and cover the roll with slices of ham, salami and cream cheese. Cut pickled cucumbers lengthwise into quarters, and pickled peppers into strips. Place the pickled cucumber and the pickled red pepper along the baguette in the middle. Wrap the baguette tightly like a roulade and wrap it tightly using cling wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Unwrap from the cling wrap and cut into slices about 1 cm thick prior to serving. Enjoy!
