- 90 grams unsweetened butter

- 1 kg farmers cheese triple grinded from the bucket
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 200 grams milk chocolate
- 200 grams white chocolate
- 120 grams powdered sugar 80 grams for 1st layer and 40 grams for the 2nd layer
- 30 grams unflavored gelatin 10 grams for each layer
- 150 ml's water 50 ml's for each layer to dissolve the gelatin in.
- 400 ml's heavy whipping cream 150 ml's for each layer
