- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 8 pickled mushrooms
- 2 tbsp sour cream (may use Greek plain yogurt)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 lemon juice from half of a lemon
- 1 bunch chives (optional)
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 pepper to taste
Cut pickled cucumbers and mushrooms into tiny cubes. Chop chives (optional) and mix all ingredients well. Mix yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice in a bowl, add sugar, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well together. Finally, season with salt and pepper again. Must be refrigerated.
