Quick Strawberry Jam with Żelfix/ Szybki Dżem Truskawkowy z Żelfixem

- 1 kg fresh strawberries
- 500 grams granulated white sugar (may use less sugar)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 package Żelfix (40 grams)
Wash the jars, scald them with boiling water and dry them thoroughly.
Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks.
Place the chopped strawberries in a pot and mix thoroughly with the Żelfix.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Then add sugar and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil again and cook for another 1 minute. Then remove the pot from heat and stir until the foam disappears.
Pour the hot jam into previously prepared jars and close tightly.
Place the jars upside down and leave them to cool.
