Noodles with Cabbage and Mushrooms / Lazanki z Kapusta i Pieczarkami
I prepare cabbage with mushrooms noodles according to my mother's recipe. I always do more of it because it can be frozen.

- 400 g noodles (preferably lazanki noodles)
- 1 small head of white cabbage
- 500 g fresh white mushrooms
- 20 ml oil
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch pepper to taste
Wash and slice mushrooms. In a medium skillet add mushrooms and oil and fry for about 20 minutes over medium heat.
Cut the cabbage into cubes and cook in salted water over medium heat. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
Cook noodles according to the package instructions until tender.
Drain the cabbage. Add to mushrooms and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Finally add pasta and mix again. Alternatively, you can add butter to taste, but not necessary.
