Beef Stew with Mushrooms / Gulasz Wolowy z Pieczarkami

Goulash is an excellent stew for meat lovers. Filling, warms up well after a long winter walk. In any case, this stew is an excellent dinner dish, not requiring much time spent in the kitchen. In total, its composition depends on our invention. We do not have to add any vegetables and just stay with the meat. We can also add more vegetables, e.g. parsley, carrots or celery and the list goes on.
