- 2 pounds green seedless grapes (washed and dried)
- 2 pounds red seedless grapes (washed and dried)
- 8 ounce cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Wash and dry the grapes.
If you have big grapes cut them in halves. Mine were big and I had to cut them into bite size pieces.
Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer until all ingredients are well combined.
Then add in the sour cream and mix until it is smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the grapes until they’re evenly coated with the cream cheese mixture.
Place the salad in your final serving bowl.
Mix brown sugar with the pecans and sprinkle over the top.
Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least 3 hours before serving.
