Quick Strawberry Jam with Żelfix/ Szybki Dżem Truskawkowy z Żelfixem

Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh strawberries
- 500 grams granulated white sugar (may use less sugar)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 package Żelfix (40 grams)
Instructions
- Wash the jars, scald them with boiling water and dry them thoroughly.
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks.
- Place the chopped strawberries in a pot and mix thoroughly with the Żelfix.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Then add sugar and lemon juice.
- Bring to a boil again and cook for another 1 minute. Then remove the pot from heat and stir until the foam disappears.
- Pour the hot jam into previously prepared jars and close tightly.
- Place the jars upside down and leave them to cool.
