Mongolian Beef in Slow Cooker / Wołowina po Mongolsku

It is a dish far away from Polish cuisine but I remember my mom making similar meats in the crock pot and even soups. Mongolian beef is a dish from Taiwan consisting of sliced beef typically flank steak which I learned making from my dear Chinese friend. It is on the list of my favorite dishes served over rice. Even though there are many different recipes for Mongolian beef this one far exceeds many others which I have tried.
