Cherries, Strawberries and Apples Compote / Kompot z Czeresni, Jablek i Truskawek
I like compotes from mixed fruits the most. I make them from what I have on hand cherries, apples, strawberries, raspberries, pears, blueberries, peaches, prunes, currants. During the summer these are easily accessible. A well-chilled compote perfectly refreshes on a hot day.

Love the compotes, even better without sugar.
This is the perfect combination. My children love them especially in the summer on hot days.
