Sour Beetroot Salad / Surowka z Kiszonych Buraczkow
Instead of throwing the pickled beets I had left over from beet root sourdough I just used them for the salad. The salad was delicious and extremely simple.

Ingredients
- 3-4 sour beets
- 1 apple (medium)
- 1 red onion (medium)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grate or cut beetroot and apple. Peel the onion, cut into cubes and lightly saute in a tablespoon of olive oil. When cooled add the onion to the beetroot and apple. Add salt and pepper, mix and chill so that the flavors combine.
