Ingredients

  • 1 pair white raw Polish sausage ( or 4 small white raw Polish sausages)
  • 3 medium onions
  • 30 ml oil
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper taste

Instructions

  • Peel the onions and cut them into feathers.
  • Place oil in the frying pan and place sausages. Fry on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Sausages should brown nicely.
  • Add the onions and cook everything together without covering the panEvery few minutes, stir the onions so that they do not burn. Fry all together for about 20 minutes until the onion is lightly browned and caramelized. Serve hot. Enjoy
