Tartare Steak / Tatar
Tatar is the king of Polish tables during holidays and important celebrations. In fact, it is a very simple dish which anyone can make. One of the secrets to perfect tartare is high-quality meat. Beef tenderloin would be the best choice and this is what I use for tartare only. Regardless of the circumstances, you will surprise guests with excellent taste, consistency and the form of a classic tartare. Interestingly, although it is a very impressive dish, it is relatively cheap and easy to make.
