Shortcrust pastry / Kruche Ciasto
Shortcrust pastry is the basis of many Polish baked goods. It would be difficult for me to imagine an apple pie bottom, Easter mazurek, shortcrust pastry muffins with cream, or small tea cakes. A crunchy dough that is crispy under your teeth and melts on your tongue is a real treat. This is the best I have ever tasted and will come out right every time. You can freeze this dough for later use.
