Proven Recipe for Cucumbers in Brine / Sprawdzony Przepis na Ogórki Kiszone

Picking! It's that time of the year again. This is a very basic recipe for cucumbers in brine which you can enjoy in just 3 days and we call them (ogórki małosolne) low salt cucumbers. However; by letting them stay in the jars for about 2 weeks longer, you get fully pickled cucumbers in brine. This is a natural process of fermentation which allows us to get these perfectly pickled cucumbers. All my recipes are tested and I invite you to try these. I bet the taste will make you coming back for more. Pickled cucumbers are great as an addition to meat dishes, salads, sauces or sandwiches.
Stages of pickling: 1st stage: (ogórki małosolne) Low salt cucumbers:
Room temperature 66 F to 70 F or 19 – 21 C takes 3 days.
2nd stage: preparation for winter pickling.
In the refrigerator temperature 40 F or 5 C takes 3 days.
3rd stage: Slow process of pickling.
Takes 2-3 weeks to be fully pickled by placing them in the cool place like a basement for future use in the temperatures 50 F or 10 C.
