Ingredients

  • 250 g margarine (dissolved or may use butter)
  • 4 eggs
  • 240 g sugar
  • 170 g all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 150 g potato flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 package vanilla sugar (may use liquid vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for sprinkling optional)

Instructions

  • Dissolve the margarine in a saucepan over low heat. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs with sugar into a fluffy cream. Add both pre-sifted flours mixed with baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Then add vanilla flavor and mix again. Finally, add the dissolved margarine, stirring slowly so that lumps do not form.
Grease mold with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Transfer the dough into the mold and level the surface. Bake in the preheated oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 minutes. Oven temperatures may vary. Cool, remove from mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
