These ham roll ups are full of crispy vegetables in a creamy cheese. They are perfect for an appetizer or a snack or just any time. They make a beautiful and colorful dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese (226 g)
  • 6 slices Polish ham
  • 5 marinated mushrooms
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 bunch green onions or chives
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare gelatin according to the package instructions.
  • Dice the mushrooms, pickled cucumber and red pepper into small cubes. Chop the green onion finely. Add mayonnaise, vegetables to the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add gelatin and mix thoroughly. Set aside until the gelatin begins to thicken.
  • Place the ham on the aluminum foil (as shown) in a way that the slices slightly overlap. Place the stuffing on top and spread it gently over the ham. Roll it up along the longer side, roll it up in foil tightly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferable over night. Before serving, cut into slices and enjoy.
