Eggs Stuffed with Mushrooms / Jajka Faszerowane Pieczarkami

Ingredients
- 10 Hard-boiled Eggs
- 400-500 g Mushrooms
- 1 Medium onion
- Salt to taste Seasoned salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbs Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Paprika (Optional)
- Chives for garnishing (Optional)
Instructions
- Cool the hard boiled eggs. Grate mushrooms on a coarse greater.Saute chopped onion and mushrooms in olive oil. Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Crush the yolks with a fork, add mushroom stuffing, season with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly. Stuff each egg and sprinkle with paprika and/or chives. Refrigerate.
