- Hard boil the eggs, let them cool and peel them. Then cut them in to halves lengthwise.
- Chop the pickled cucumbers, onion and pickled mushrooms.
- Place the ingredients into a bowl, add mayonnaise and sour cream, season with pepper and mix.
- Spread half the sauce on the bottom of the plate, arrange the egg halves.
- Decorate the top with fresh dill, capers and radish
- The sauce is best when chilled in the refrigerator and re-mixed.
