Cherry Tomato Salad with Mozzarella Cheese / Salatka Pomidorowa z Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes (may cut in halves)
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheeses balls (cherry size, may cut in halves)
- 3 - 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil (preferably extra virgin olive oil)
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Wash tomatoes and basil and let dry. Combine oil and chopped basil in a bowl. Add the mozzarella and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Add (cut in halves or whole) tomatoes and vinegar to the mozzarella and toss to combine. Season to taste with more salt and pepper if desired, and serve immediately.
