Braised Pork Ribs in Own Gravy / Zeberka Wieprzowe Duszone w Sosie Wlasnym
Ribs are probably the tastiest piece of pork, honestly, I prefer them over tenderloin. I usually bake or grill them, but from time to time especially in winter I braise them. They are very tender and literally melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Pork Ribs
- 2 Medium carrots
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Red paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1-2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 l Water
Instructions
- Wash the ribs and let dry. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry ribs on both sides over high heat until nicely browned and sauce forms. When browned add the cubed onion and grated carrots and fry together for few minutes them turn heat down, add water and simmer for about an hour or until the meat is soft. Mix flour in a little water well and pour into the pan stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens. Season to taste.
