Yield: This recipe makes 3 cups of sauce, enough for 12 (¼ cup) servings.

Ingredients
- 340 grams fresh cranberries (12 oz) (washed and picked)
- 100 grams granulated white sugar (1/2 cup)
- 110 grams light brown sugar (1/2 cup)
- 118 milliliters apple juice (1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 2 whole cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine the apple juice, both sugars and spices in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- Add the cranberries, and salt.
- Boil gently for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Most of the cranberries should burst open, creating a thick sauce. You may need to mash them a bit with a spoon.
- Transfer the sauce to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy and Smacznego!
