Maślaki are mushrooms with a wonderfully delicate taste. Due to the high water content, they are unsuitable for drying. You can marinade them- it's a great addition to Tartare . However, the best Maślaki are stewed in butter, with a bit of onion, a slice of bread or roll, or mashed potatoes.
