Velvety Baked Polish Style Cheese Cake
This cheesecake is perfectly creamy, very delicate and at the same time incredibly fluffy and velvety. This cheese cake brings memories from Poland and my aunt who used to bake it for us for holidays and family get togethers.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Farmers cheese ground 3 times (Twarog)
- 150 g tea biscuits
- 8 large eggs (separated)
- 2 /35 g vanilla or cream pudding (unsweetened) (budyn smietankowy)
- 240 g sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 110 ml oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 packages vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Add the farmers' cheese in small batches, pudding and baking powder.
- Pour oil in a thin stream, then milk slowly mixing all the ingredients well.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add to the cheese mass and mix with a spatula.
- On the bottom of a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place the tea biscuits, pour a little of the cheese mass over the tea biscuits and let them soak up the mass for about 5 minutes. This will help to prevent them from coming to the top. After the tea biscuits are well saturated pour the rest of the cheese mass.
- Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes at 320 F or until the top is lightly browned.
- Let it cool and store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
