White Sausage Fried with Onions / Biała Kiełbasa Zapiekana z Cebulą
White sausage fried with onions is a suggestion for a simple dish any time. To make fried white sausage you do not need many ingredients, and besides, it takes just few minutes to make this dish. The rest is just waiting time for the sausage to cook itself.

Ingredients
- 1 pair white raw Polish sausage ( or 4 small white raw Polish sausages)
- 3 medium onions
- 30 ml oil
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch pepper taste
Instructions
- Peel the onions and cut them into feathers.
- Place oil in the frying pan and place sausages. Fry on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Sausages should brown nicely.
- Add the onions and cook everything together without covering the pan. Every few minutes, stir the onions so that they do not burn. Fry all together for about 20 minutes until the onion is lightly browned and caramelized. Serve hot. Enjoy

Lubie tez pieczona w piecu, nawet chyba smaczniejsza jest.
I prefer the baked in the oven method of the white sausage. I will have to try it done this way.
