Farmer's Cheese Salad with Vegetables / Salatka z Twarogiem i Warzywami
A quick, simple dish for a light breakfast. You can pack it for work or eat at home. Very colorful and healthy! You can eat it alone, on a sandwich or put on a slice of tomato.

Ingredients
- 500 g farmer's cheese
- 1 cucumber (small)
- 1 tomato (small)
- 5 radishes
- 1/2 red pepper (small)
- 1 bunch green onion or chives (optional)
- 2-3 tbsp plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables and let try. Peel the cucumber. Cut all vegetables into small cubes as shown. Chop green onions or chives.
- In a medium size bowl combine the farmer's cheese with all cut up vegetables. Add yogurt or sour cream. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
