  • How long to cook hard-boiled eggs? The size of the egg matters.
    Small (up to 5 cm in length) – 8 minutes
    Medium (about 6 cm in length) – 9 minutes
    Large (about 7 cm in length) – 10 minutes
  • How do you know if an egg is fresh without breaking it?
    Just dip raw eggs in a bowl of cold water. Fresh eggs will sink to the bottom, while those less fresh will float to the surface.
  • How to cook perfect eggs?
    Pour water into the pot and lightly salt it. Place the eggs in a pot when the water is still cold. From the moment the water boils, wait as many minutes as your eggs need, depending on their size. Never cook eggs for more than 10 minutes. Eggs should not jump because there is a risk that they will crack. Pour the eggs with cold tap water to stop the cooking process.
    Do not leave unpeeled eggs in cold water for more than a few minutes. You may have problem with peeling them again. Perfectly peeled and undamaged eggs look beautiful when we plan to serve them on the table and serve stuffed eggs.
